  • It is a spiritual process with psychological benefits that helps evolve your state of reality into one of peace and non-attachment. It is performed through a series of balances to reprogram the subconscious mind.

  • PSYCH-K® uses simple processes called balances to access the subconscious mind. By establishing communication with the subconscious mind via muscle testing, we can shift old beliefs into new, supportive ones that align with your conscious goals.

  • In a session, we’ll begin by identifying limiting beliefs you wish to change. Using muscle testing, we’ll determine which beliefs are stored in your subconscious, then work through a process called a "balance" to transform them into new, positive beliefs.

  • We use Surrogation to connect our systems allowing your subconscious to communicate through my Self-Muscle Testing. We compare it to gaining 'remote access' of a computer where a tech expert gains access, with permission, to your machine at another location for upgrading software and performance.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on the complexity of the beliefs you're working on and your goals. Some people experience profound shifts after just one session, while others prefer multiple sessions to work through different aspects of their life.
